DESCRIPTION
Authentic Connections Counseling is an LGBTQ+ affirming integrative psychotherapy practice serving teens and adults in Ashburn, VA and virtually across Virginia. We provide compassionate, trauma-informed support for individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and nervous system regulation in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment.
