DESCRIPTION
We provide both a hub for volunteer connection as well as an Information and Referral line for Loudoun County residents where community members can receive assistance navigating the resources and help available in the county.

Answer: Not Applicable.

Answer: Our training is not specific to the LGBTQ+ community, but overall how to engage with people/clients.

Answer: We do not have LGBTQ-specific references in our policies and procedures.

Answer: We have a general anti-discrimination clause that cover LGBTQ and other marginalized groups.
Question: How do you create a positive space for the LGBTQ+ community?
Answer: Our staff and space are generally friendly, non-hostile, and open to all people, but nothing LGBTQ+ specific.

Answer: None, we don't supply training materials.

Answer: By championing a safe and inclusive space for all.
Question: In your fundraising activities, do you solicit funds from non-affirming organizations? If so, which organizations?
Answer: We do not solicit funds and we do not know if there is a grant or foundation that has donated that where we know that they are non-affirming.
